This seems to be a fairly low volume list so lets hope someone's listening.
Since I much prefer Debian to DreadHat I'd be happy to help build some packages etc for this port. What's the current status? Presumably it's; Cross compile environment. (or self host ?) Build dpkg stuff. Build source dpkgs. Work out installation stuff? This is of course a volunteer thing and not an official offer of support from SGI (yada yada :).
