Unfortuantely I continue to run into this problem where the
keyboard just stops working. Everything is fine in the bios on
the r5k but shortly after booting linux the keyboard will stop
functioning. I'll get a few commands in and then mid-typing
characters will just stop showing up on the screen. The machine
        can still be ping'd.

In fact, when I started up a ping *from* the r5k in virtual
console 2 of the boot floppies (the shell) the keyboard lasted
*much* longer. The ping which I started continues, though I
can't see it since I was walking through the install process in
the primary virtual console. I may go pick up a serial cable
later and see if things work better using a serial console.

Any thoughts? I'd really like to get this box working, it's got
        192M of ram, a 9G disk and a 180mhz r5k processor which makes it
actually somewhat useful if I can get it working. :)

                Stephen
