If you didn't find anything on the main site, you weren't looking hard enough. Try ftp://ftp.debian.org/debian/dists/sid/main/binary-mips for starters. If you want, you can make a local debian mirror on one of your machines... I'd tell you how if I had figured out apt-move yet. But, as I was saying, you should be letting dbootstrap worry about finding the packages for you. It knows where they are even better than I do.
