hi... i think you need the -f flag. try the howto located here:
http://www.stafwag.f2s.com/indy/ its probably worth getting on google to find more uptodate info on this. obviously replacing the filenames with the more uptodate tftboot.img, also this image should include a ramdisk filesystem so you shouldnt need to specify the nfsroot. good luck, let the list know how you get on (include any problems, bugs, workarounds etc).
