Try starting mopd with an ethernet adapter name rather than -a. There seems to be a bug in -a that prevents my terminal server booting and the output looks very similar to that which you're getting.
so ./mopd -d eth0 patrick P.S. Thanks for the URL Florian, It doesn't break my DECserver booting but it still has the -a bug above(!) I might have a look into that one, the terminal server thinks it's been loaded by MAC address 3E-00-00-00-00-00 ! I'll try the DS2100 sometime.
