Cheers, thanks to Martin's install image from http://www.cyrius.com/debian/o2/ I got debian in stalled on my SGI O2 (r5k). Now I'm trying to get a recent kernel working. Sadly the linux-image-2.6-r5k-ip32 from unstable doesn't boot neither does any of my handcrafted kernel :-( I always receive an exception. The latest kernel running on my machine is the kernel-image-2.6.9-r5k-ip32.
Has anyone witnessed this before? Can anyone give me further hints on what might be wrong or how I could isolate the problem? I'm quite stuck as at this stage of the boot process I find it quite difficult to otain debug information. Bye Christian -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a subject of "unsubscribe".
