No USB on my system. My mass storage will be via nfs, nbd, or a similar technology. > 2) The wireless driver is a binary module, and the free version of it > is only at the brink of becoming useful. *shrug* I've had to live with a worse situation for a while, my desktop runs an nvidia card. AFAIK, no one is even working on making that free. That said, I do understand that is an issue for official debian support of the WRT54G as a "whole platform", but I think the wired network is available in the free world, or an I mistaken? I don't even use the wireless myself anymore, so a debian install that didn't bring it up would be fine with me. I probably would, post install, augment the install from a non-free repository so I could provide wireless access to any of my neighbors that wants it. > To overcome those two is the tricky part. Well, I'm willing to put in some work, but I'd prefer that I didn't brick my system. :P I guess I just need to 2x I have boot_wait on before I flash a kernel on. -- Boyd Stephen Smith Jr. [EMAIL PROTECTED] ICQ: 514984 YM/AIM: DaTwinkDaddy -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a subject of "unsubscribe".
