Following on to my previous request, please give back mozart-gtk on mips and mipsel. At the moment it is stuck with a false dependency on emacs (>= 21.4a-6) it should be a dependency on emacs21(>= 21.4a-6). See http://buildd.debian.org/~jeroen/status/package.php?p=mozart-gtk I suppose that other packages have this problem too. Please cc me with questions.
