Yes, I have seen this. The new versions in experimental might need these patches to build again on mipsel... but Wheezy needs to have iceweasel 10, and with luck I think version 10.0.12esr-1+nmu1 is stable now. (Unfortunately, just a little bit slow, without the mips acceleration patch, which exists in the new versions).
