Note that this needs to be dealt with one way or another before your
package can migrate to testing.
So I see three alternatives:
1. Reschedule on a different, presumably more powerful, buildd, if one
exists (I don't think so?)
2. Crank up the testsuite timeout to 2000 minutes or so
3. Add it to not-for-us on mips, or otherwise blacklist it, and remove
the .deb (which built by accident on lucatelli when the testsuite was
not exercised)
4. disable the testsuite when building on mips
