Unfortunately my ISP (NTT/IIJ) was down for 6 hours on that day. Murphy's law holds. Since you've uploaded jack, I think it's no longer possible for ecasound2.2 and KDE to get into testing. ecasound2.2 was waiting for s390 buildd to catch up, and that will not find a jack package anymore.
