I've finished the packaging of a new version of wavbreaker (version
0.10) in June 2008 and have since tried to get someone to upload it to
Debian.
The package source is maintained in the demudi SVN repository, and can
be found here:

It would be helpful if someone from the debian-multimedia team could
review and upload this package. Last time, Free Ekanayaka has uploaded
the wavbreaker package, but I have since failed to reach him (CC'ing him).
