Hi everyone, I notice that we have an FFmpeg 4.0 transition coming up: https://release.debian.org/transitions/html/auto-ffmpeg.html
However, I fail to find the email to debian-release or bug report
coordinating the release. Maybe I missed it, or there was some talk about
this on IRC? In any event, I wonder whether there are any blockers for the
transition, and if not, how to proceed with starting the transition.
