Dear colleagues,

Here is the small follow-up on bringing the latest Kodi up in Debian.

I have rebuilt the repositories of Kodi addons on Salsa to comply with DEP-14
and pushed the following repositories for review:

https://salsa.debian.org/basilgello-guest/kodi
https://salsa.debian.org/basilgello-guest/kodi-inputstream-adaptive
https://salsa.debian.org/basilgello-guest/kodi-inputstream-ffmpegdirect
https://salsa.debian.org/basilgello-guest/kodi-inputstream-rtmp
https://salsa.debian.org/basilgello-guest/kodi-pvr-iptvsimple

Mattia expressed the readiness to review them and after he confirms there are
no severe issues, I push the rest of binary addon
repos to Salsa.

I also moved my private binary repository targeting buster-backports/amd64 to
Github:

https://basilgello.github.io/kodi-nightly-debian-repo

and now welcome the beta testers.
If requested, I can provide the builds targeting unstable and i686.
Builds for the binary repository are scheduled on weekly basis.

Now the following Kodi dependencies are stuck in NEW queue:

 * dav1d
 * libudfread
 * shairplay

and the following packages have pending MRs:

 * flatbuffers
 * libcdio

The rest of dependencies are present in unstable / testing but need to be
backported to buster.
The full list of packages included can be found on the title page of binary
repository.

I think I will keep updating the repositories in my userspace
(basilgello-guest) and target unstable once Kodi 19.0 is officially released.

Cheers!
