I'm on Debian sid and I just noticed that the FFmpeg build is missing the zscale filter. After some searching I found a [stackoverflow post](https://stackoverflow.com/questions/52132839/ffmpeg-convert-hdr-to-sdr) that states FFmpeg was likely built without the z.lib library. Is this the case or is there another problem? I tried installing all the zlib packages but this didn't solve anything. I don't wanna have to build FFmpeg myself.
