That debian page says the homepage for atomicparsley is at http://atomicparsley.sourceforge.net/ but it would be better to point at https://github.com/wez/atomicparsley/releases, I think, especially considering that that is where you get the upstream for the dpkg. Best would be to point at both pages, but if you can only point at one, I think the github would be better.
