Please find a patch / merge request for this on Salsa at: https://salsa.debian.org/multimedia-team/libvpx/-/merge_requests/4 I believe that the file /usr/lib/i386-linux-gnu/libvpx.a is affected in the i386 archive package - 'objdump -d ... | grep nopl' can help to confirm this.
