As the tests run too long on some platforms, they timeout on buildd [1]. For
2.3.1-1 they got disabled on the affected platforms but should be re-enabled if
possible to avoid getting unnoticed breakage.
It looks like only one of the test cases ("test_weird_shapes.sh") causes the
timeout, so as an intermediate improvement if should be sufficient to disable only this
test.
