issues lots of "no font found" messages.
To reproduce, look at any WRL file in
http://www.uni-c.dtu.dk/~univind/kicad/outline/ - each polygon corner
(white lines only) is annotated with the point index in a VRML Billboard.
This patch solves the problem by adding a call to
glutInit() and an #include of the necessary header.
