Hi guys! I'm currently processing the application of a NM from Colombia. Since there are no DD's in Colombia yet, he has some trouble gettign his key signed, so I was wondering: is the ID procedure on the homepage still up to date? If so, do I understand it correctly that I only need a signed passport/drivers licence scan?
