3. Philosophy and Procedures
-----------------------------

We have discussed policy and procedures and he had almost everything
correct from the beginning. He also accept the social contract and
other things needed to become a DD.

4. Tasks and Skills
-------------------

He is currently maintaining acm, acm4 and fvwm1. After that he will
slowly take over some orphaned packages and later take a look at
the hurd port and also on security issues. Looks good to me.
