Same here. I think it is because of our choice of LC_CTYPE. And I have Content-Type: text/plain; charset=us-ascii in my mail header while, Josip, you have Content-Type: text/plain; charset=iso-8859-1 I may have to set default content type.... Time to read mutt manual on "set send_charset". (which is better ???. I am leaving it to default) FYI: Following are my locales LANG=C LC_CTYPE=en_US.ISO-8859-1 LC_NUMERIC="C" LC_TIME="C" LC_COLLATE="C" LC_MONETARY="C" LC_MESSAGES="C" LC_PAPER="C" LC_NAME="C" LC_ADDRESS="C" LC_TELEPHONE="C" LC_MEASUREMENT="C" LC_IDENTIFICATION="C" LC_ALL= -- +++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ + Osamu Aoki <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> @ Cupertino, CA USA +
