Agreed (with all of it, but no need to quote it all).
Additionally, I don't remember anything in the 'reject' policy about how
to get a vote started... Maybe I missed it, but if not then perhaps we
should modify it slightly to say something like someone on the NM
committee must propose a vote and be at least seconded?
