It seems like there is no existing developer around
Singapure, not in Malaysia and Indonesia either.

I don't know what to do in this special case. For the new
maintainer procedure it is required to have one (better more
than one) signatures by an existing developer.

Is there a way of doing keysigning parties remote? ;-)
