I am currently a software engineer at Barco Avionics (currently
co-writing the firmware for a cockpit display, 99% Ada and 1% assembly
of course). I live in Brussels. I am a member of Ada-Belgium and of
the Brussels GNU/Linux user group; I participate in copy parties once
a month. I also do karate. My fiancée and I are expecting our first
baby in January.
Taking a look at google shows that he is a very active member of the ADA
community and is very active on
keeping ADA ready and he is giving talks about ADA on debian (I'd seen him
myself at the FOSDEM)
I also have very positives comments from Mathis Klose and Aaron M. Ucko
about his debian work.
2. Philosophy and Procedures

Ludovic has a good understanding of Debians Philosophy and
Procedures. He answered all my Questions about Social Contract,
DFSG, BTS etc. in a good way.
3. Tasks and Skills
-------------------
Ludovic is the maintainer for the gcc ADA backend, he is the biggest
maintainer for ADA packages and debian. While we were working on his
application he managed to do a while ADA transition on his own in a very
impressive way, so yes, his skills are more enough for debian :).
4. Recommendation
