As stated in [1], [2] and [3], Debian Developers are expected to be subscribed to debian-devel-announce. People waiting in the NM queue, specially if you are just waiting for DAM, are also expected to be subscribed. To be clear: you should be subscribed to it. There's no excuse to your behaviour. We are not going to be including links to messages for devel-announce when talking about something that has just happened and all the people subscribed to the list are expected to have read it. It might be different if the announce was done years ago, and some people might have missed it. But when it was announced 4 times in the last three weeks, (and also mentioned many times in planet.debian.org), you are expected to know about it, or -if you don't- find out about it before posting any inflamatory messages.
