Hi. I would like to know what is the status of NM process for Krystian Wlosek?

Krystian do all the best for his packages and it would be much easier if he has an access to Debian infrastructure. I can't contact his AM, Anibal Monsalve Salazar. I didn't receive any reply for a month. I understand, he can be busy. But I don't understand, why the NM process is so long and took 2 years already?! I understand that NM process prevents bad unix programmers to became Debian developers (but why only unix programmers could be Debian developers? it is offtopic here). I don't understand, why it is so long process... -- .''`.
