-----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE----- Hash: SHA1 Hi, I hereby endore Luca's application to be a Debian Maintainer. In the last few months he's helped me to maintain the freej package. We prepared together packages for the new upstream releases, which involved quite a few complex changes to the upstream's build system to be able to use debian's shipped libraries. Moreover he's helped me in talking with upstream to make sure he heard debian's point of view, and fixed porting bugs, and other structural problems in his source package to make it easier for us to package the software, so I can confirm luca has the time and commitment to make good work for debian. Recently I've also worked with luca outside of the debian scope and am even more convinced about his technical skills and free software ideas and contributions. Please accept him in the project.
