I would like to strongly support Mehdi Dogguy who wants to become a Debian Maintainer. He has started to help us a couple of month ago in the debian-ocaml-maint team and has showed that he had a detailed understanding of the structure of the Debian packages. More precisely, he is now taking care of the "freetennis" and "why" packages for which versions of the packages updated by him were uploaded and he is working on a couple of other new packages such as "ergo", "frama-c", the "cothreads" library and "jocaml". The two first are ready in our svn and are waiting to be reviewed in detail before being uploaded (which should occur soon since they seem to be in a very good shape). Apart from this, I know him personally and he is a very nice person. I am sure that he will interact nicely and constructively with other members of the Debian community.
