16 signatures not checked due to missing keys
Let's test if its a version 4 or greater key
Check for key expire stuff
Key has no expiration date set, nothing to check.
Hauke has met several people already for keysigning, and has been
properly recommended by them. Hauke works mostly maintaining PHP, Perl
and TeX-based packages¹ since 2007, and does some German l10n work. He
has also stepped up for maintaining (that means, acting as upstream
for) svn-buildpackage, a nontrivial piece of VCS-based architecture
for package building extensively used by many packaging teams.
2. Account Data
---------------
Requested Account Name: jhr
Email Address: Jan Hauke Rahm <[email protected]>
3. Philosophy and Procedures
-----------------------------
Hauke properly understands the P&P questions, provided perfectly
reasonable answers, and I trust he will perfectly fit in our
project. He has agreed to uphold SC and DFSG, as well of DMUP.
4. Tasks and Skills
-------------------
It has been a pleasure processing Hauke. He is already a DM, and
familiar with what is needed to keep packages well maintained and in
good shape. For all of the requests I made (i.e. re: writing manpages,
fixing RC bugs, etc). he pointed me to actions he has taken in the
past. He is at very least as capable and interested in responding in a
timely manner.
5. Recommendation
-----------------
Sometimes, you get to process somebody you can only be sure will end
up being a better Debian contributor than yourself. I am very glad to
fully recommend Hauke to be accepted as a Debian Developer.
