Not really, but I don't think they are really needed, having people's

IMHO no.

People have also been pestering the NM front desk with that. Mostly
these are way pre-DM, without any visible Debian activity - the NM
documentation should be updated to mention that keysigning can be
postponed until the very end of NM (or until they become DM).
