Although I am currently not active in the Debian Perl Group, I have worked with Jonathan, seen his technical work, opinions and suggestions, and sponsored some of his packages. I would have supported his DM application one or two years ago, and I can only assume he has become even better at it. So, I fully recommend him to be accepted as DM.
