He has always been most helpful and dedicated, having good ideas to improve the overall situation, and asking the right questions, to learn more. He also contributed via bug reports, translations and sometimes also via mailing lists, and again I was always pleased with his work. While I can't say anything about his packaging work, I trust him and think he would be a good non-uploading DD.
