Tobias is a scientific software developer at the Diamond synchrotron and
has contributed the NeXus libraries for scientific data formatting to
Debian in the past year. In addition he has been the maintainer of
the engauge-digitizer package since 2006. Tobias intends to continue
maintaining these packages and possibly contributing other scientific
software to Debian in the future. I have sponsored his nexus package and
have found him very pleasant to work with.
