Mònica is a long time Debian user who has been doing a lot of advocacy work in Debian and Free software before starting to contribute to Debian in a more technical side. I have been working with Mònica for almost a year sponsoring her packages and she has been doing an outstanding job from her very first uploads. She has been always looking for ways to improve Debian and after adopting a few packages, she started working in QA uploads and recently she has started helping with the QA mass bug filing efforts. Mònica has been also contributing with the Debian Women outreach efforts.
