I've been sponsoring vcsh for Richard for about about 3 months (and 4 releases) now. Everything has gone very smoothly, and Richard has shown both good technical and communication skills. He is also not afraid to ask for help and feedback. I will be happy to upload with DMUA set once Richard is approved as a DM.
In the medium term RichH wants to become a DD, and I think being a DM will be a helpful step towards that. David
