Hi, I believe that Tomasz has the technical skills needed to maintain Debian packages. I support his application to become a Debian maintainer, because in my experience sponsoring his uploads and handing over some packages, he has been very responsive to feedback and has demonstrated a desire to learn and the motivation to fix problems and improve the quality of his packages.
