I have personally worked with Mike Miller <[email protected]> within the Debian Octave Group for one year and a half. He has made several sound and useful contributions, mainly in bug handling, and he has shown a good understanding of Debian procedures. Mike is also a major upstream contributor to GNU Octave, where he has demonstrated skills in programming and in team work. For all these reasons, I am convinced that Mike is qualified for DDship, and I am therefore advocating him.
