I've sponsored most of Elmar's uploads so far and also co-maintain
some of his packages. His packages are all in a good shape and he's
always keen on learning how to improve them further.
I'm especially impressed by the way he worked himself through
autotools and his resulting autotools skills.

I work together with Elmar on my day job for many years now and it's fun
to work with him.
