He is a thorough person, with an eye for details. Tobias is restless until a satisfactory solution is found, and is able to follow guidance from a mentor, or from the policy. Tobias has always been pleasant to communicate with. He is enthusiastic about contributing to Debian. I recommend the Debian project accepts Tobias as a Debian maintainer.
