I started working with Tomasz 2 years when he volunteered to adopt one of my packages (verbiste). It was his first package and I mentored him through the process of learning the tools and getting all of the details of packaging right. Since he was new to packaging for Debian, he had a few things to learn but I've always been impressed by the way he responds to feedback. He clearly wants to do a good job and that's why I was happy to sponsor his DM application in late 2012. He has continued to show the same willingness to address all issues in a professional manner when he adopted another package (stellarium) and asked me to sponsor his uploads. I believe that Tomasz can be trusted to have full, unsupervised, unrestricted upload to the archive right now.
