Hi, I have worked with Sebastien as well, and he's a very nice person, very easy to work with. While his packages aren't perfect yet, I think he is the perfect fit for the DM status: after a first review (and eventually corrections) of his package by an experimented DD, I believe he will be able to maintain them, and react correctly to bug reports.
