I know czchen can be trusted to have full, unsupervised, unrestricted upload to the archive right now. He is a very capable programmer. He joined libchewing upstream starting from fixing small bugs then tackled bigger architecture changes. Now he is one of the primary maintainers of the chewing project. Later he developed interest in maintaining Debian packages. We fixed many libchewing bugs together that are found in the Debian package. He also cleaned up many other Traditional Chinese inputmethod packages. Now he is in the pkg-ime team. He is very careful when writing code and maintaining packages. He pursued code that compiles cleanly and passes tests, lots of tests. I believe him shares the value of Debian and would be a great help of our project.
