Hi, I've been working with Ivan for a while. Enough to say that his contributions are very valuable. Mostly now, I have nothing to say to his git commits (just sometimes, I ask for a bit more than what he did...). It is also to be noted that Ivan gets his Debian packaging skills from doing packaging work within Mirantis (ie: without uploading to Debian so far). So his experience is greater than just a few months (where packages starting to appear on his QA page). It would help us (the PKG OpenStack team) to be a way more efficient if Ivan could be granted upload rights on the team's packages. I therefore hereby advocate for Ivan Udovichenko application for the DM status, and wish that the NM process starts ASAP.
