Hello,

I recommend to accept Harlan Lieberman-Berg as a new Debian Developer,
uploading.
The account name is hlieberman.

 * Applicant background

I have been involved with the free software movement since I joined the Gentoo
security team when I was attending high school, helping coordinate security
releases and eventually becoming the lead of the kernel security project. I
strongly believe that free software not only more secure software, but
fundamentally better software.

Though I've used Debian since the late 2000s, I first got involved with Debian
as a contributor a couple of years ago when I talked to the pkg-perl team about
helping them out with a few packages that I was using at work. The pkg-perl
team was an amazing introduction to Debian: the organization, and packaging in
particular. Since joining the pkg-perl team, I've helped with a bunch of team
uploads, as well as adopting a variety of perl packages. Outside the team,
I've also adopted or co-adopted a couple of other packages - ansible, a server
orchestration tool; nanomsg, a communication scalability library; and sysdig, a
tool for investigating and dissecting activity on systems.

Regards,

Apollon Oikonomopoulos
