Hello, My earliest records of working with Jose go back to March 2005, when I started sponsoring his uploads of "switchconf". Since then, we haven't worked together a lot, but I've asked him for an overview of his Debian activities and browsing about the work he does for Debian, and his web presence etc., I have no reservations to advocate him to become a Debian Developer.
