Dear Ms. Newmaint,

The European Commission has recently adopted an updated Grant Agreement for all
ongoing Horizon 2020 projects with a retroactive effect. These updates imply
significant changes for the calculation of personnel costs, hence also for the
financial management and reporting of Horizon 2020 projects.

Building on our direct experience with the FP7 and Horizon 2020 projects that
we are managing and coordinating, we are organising a two-day workshop session
to help you master your skills in the financial management and administration
of your research and innovation projects. (Find here our project references:
https://www.eutrainingsite.com/references)

Join us at our 2-day Horizon 2020 Master of Finance and Administration training
course on 10-11 November 2016 in Vienna and obtain the essential hands-on
skills to effectively administer your FP7 and Horizon 2020 projects and get
prepared for EC audits. To see the course agenda and to register, please click
here.

If you are interested also in the technical management and reporting aspects of
Horizon 2020 projects, you might find our 2-day Horizon 2020 Project Management
and Financial Reporting training course useful. Join us in Milan on 27-28
October 2016 and get the practical tips to kick off your project on the right
foot, and ensure a sound implementation and financial management. For more
information and registration please visit: http://bit.ly/2dm97HE

If you have any questions and require additional information, please do not
hesitate to contact me.

Best regards,
