Dear Ms. Newmaint, The European Commission has recently adopted an updated Grant Agreement for all ongoing Horizon 2020 projects with a retroactive effect. These updates imply significant changes for the calculation of personnel costs, hence also for the financial management and reporting of Horizon 2020 projects.
