-----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE----- Hash: SHA512 For nm.debian.org, at 2017-08-10: I support Ming-ting Yao Wei <m...@lxde.org>'s request to become Debian Developer, uploading.
I have personally worked with Ming-ting Yao Wei <m...@lxde.org> (key FED5434845287DF262931489CFBBFCE0B74F1B14) to maintain Chinese input method gcin and hime, and I also help to sponsor his lxterminal for CVE-2016-10369. He can figure out how to prepare package properly via official document with only a little hint (ex: give him keyword "dbgsym" and he can figure out how to migrate from dbg to dbgsym). And he also do a great job on gcin, hime license cleanup. Beside technical skill, I also work with him as DebConf18 local team. He is the one who is willing to do the hard work. For example, he went to all our venue candidates and took lots of pictures, he coordiated people to make DebConf18 LOGO, he joined the video team in DebConf17 so that we know how it works, etc. His passion is essential for DebConf18 local team, and for Debian. And I know Ming-ting Yao Wei can be trusted to be a full member of Debian, and have unsupervised, unrestricted upload rights, right now. -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- iQIzBAEBCgAdFiEEE5H9tOJ8ReWWaF1PGrc2MXdaTaQFAlmMuWgACgkQGrc2MXda TaTiUBAAwXWTNL+M2fWZ6BoO0d9dmaxz537sjwr4Urr413WxPTXOj0C4j4h5Xto/ tPBnxED4nGAwaFwrBCA+A01Ha02veWbnAXI12Krd7Z+zsxo2esaauWVoNFPnzhFU WQjZweyrHquIFhnshP/7YLSgvgeygIcxVAay5PbSG6j9mxCcCxZqA3UrooVjPTWD DSYqbqasmBXkZCNy8wFnVjqm/KzYewpb2XfO4uiBTM/urtkkUjyCrL4XGKUGf2df vONLYZfW8S/Qc4Bmve601Qy4DwDNmhaJsqwPiCARN5eXnuaIsygSsALfHAh2j/JJ dIpF/fMb6R2PAgKF4FbcdcVuWtfpzRHowF2gNXZKtsp63ZyQraNawUOooA8UEs2g OLoR825QTu3nAjMI7vcFJIYEsnRYbSZjmrfxrUuRu9BzODirDn55w1FhAJQzpZmY 2pZ8NJIpDNOUFaoGnhFEmuSGEQu+KwBKVnnJQ/qlZxi3zD+f1nO9JGYAY8c/GdAH RypXSwjtWQGJmG4SvSZL5bqfldon37toaInqK3el5qvgvH1qi0HnChf3f10Jjxcp nuG7K1Z/K6Cj8fVsi4DIPhqwM3x640boGQDnVkGfxVKFwX1xkuMQNjsO4yS0m5JR d/0LXOerTuQJ0wQVJxB4fySWphp1x+sCKmizh0UuyXCcUkCd/Rk= =ee7T -----END PGP SIGNATURE----- ChangZhuo Chen (via nm.debian.org) -- https://nm.debian.org/process/279
