Pollo has been a member of the DebConf video team since 2015, and from my POV was partially responsible for the revival of that team when it was hitting a low point in activity around that time. He has been an active and contributing member of the Debconf video team ever since. He is not afraid to jump in when something needs to be done, and is a very enthousiastic member of the team, whom we would sorely miss if he ever were to stop his contributions. His enthousiasm and work ethic are exemplary, and exhibit the best of what is expected from a volunteer for Debian.
